TV Lift Kit FAQ's

Once you have decided what products will work best for you, the simplest way to order is to add the items to your cart and follow the easy checkout instructions. Orders will be processed and will ship out the same day if orders are made prior to noon PST. Orders processed after our shipping cut off will be shipped the next business day.

Our lift products are constructed of high grade steel, and are welded together for a long lasting, durable finish. The internals are made of aluminium and steel, and use a telescopic drive mechanism, which can lift un-even loads and conserves space while boasting supreme reliability.

Both pop up and drown down lifts are rated up to 180 lbs (80 kg).

Most models are in fact shipped ready-to-assemble. Assembly is very easy and all instructions are included. The average install time for our units (assuming cabinets/ ceilings are prepared) is approximately 15 minutes.

Once you determine which style of TV lift you want (either a pop up or a drop down) you’ll need to select a stroke length. Stroke is a measure of the product’s retracted length subtracted from the extended length. The stroke needs to be more than the height (not the diagonal dimension) otherwise your screen will not be completely visible.

Firgelli Automation’s lifts come with easy to follow installation instructions. We are also available for any questions you may have during the installation process. Most people who own a screwdriver can install our units, however custom cabinetry and cutting into your ceiling are things that will vary from person to person.
