Firgelli Automations have developed the most affordable Pop up TV Lift on the market. You can buy online and they come with remote control and adjustable limits to set the open and closed position of your pop up TV lifts, they can also lift up to
36" tall large which is large enough for TV's up to 60" Typically they cost in the $1,000's but at under $500 this is the lowest system we have seen. Its very low noise, fits just about all LCD/Plasma TVs. We decided to try one and build one into
a cabinet. It took under 3 hours to complete the job and we are no experts.



This ready to go universal TV lift mechanism, just plugs into the wall and can be installed in your Cabinetry. Comes with Remote control and universal TV mounting bracket. This system is very low noise and lifts your TV in about 30 seconds depending on TV size. The TV mechanism has been designed to offer you the most flexibility with respect to positioning within a cabinet. The position of the TV on the Bracket can be moved up or down by as much as 8" in addition the TV lift can stroke as much as 36". Most 42" TV's only require about 25" of lift so this give lots of room for adjustment. Once installed into your cabinet both the up and down position can be pre-programmed to your liking, after that you only need press the button once to lift your TV

If you have looked into the cost of a pop up
Plasma TV Lift mechanism? I know they cost over $1000, that's almost as much as the TV itself. We the reality is that to lift a TV up and down is not rocket science, all you need is a linear Actuator and some brackets and linear guide rails to make your own. We have put a few resources together here that will allow you to build your own kit for under $500. Whilst we don't have any plans or drawings (because everyone's needs and systems they are fitting them into are different) its not that difficult, the links below are the most critical parts you need to buy for your system.
